iPhone 11 Pro Max heating up

This same thing started happening to me. I have had my iPhone 11 Pro Max for just over a week now and it's only started in the last day or so. If I use it for more than 10 or 15 minutes, generally just browsing online, maybe watching a video or two (nothing too major at all) it gets almost too hot to the touch. I am currently running IOS 13.1.2.

I've had my iPhone 11 Pro Max for less than 24 hours and watched a live stream video for a bit, went to hold phone only to find the back of it was very hot. Disappointed here, hope Apple will stand by their phone and either fix or replace. I have a call in to Apple to talk with someone tomorrow morning.

Hi, got the same thing with my 11 Pro, I have it since 3 days now and I feel it’s hot while charging and at some times with some app or videos. Did you talk to an Apple guy in the store? What they’re doing for you?
