Prior to IOS 13, you could swipe left or right to see the summary for the proceeding and succeeding days. Where has that gone?

The older version of Apple Health App opened with the summary for the day and then you could move left or right to see the previous or next day's summary. Where has that gone? Now I can only see the summary for the day. Am I missing something, or does this app suddenly, uhmm, suck? Sorry, but it is no longer very intuitive.

Thanks,

Dave

Thank you. I guess I am doing a poor job of explaining. What you suggest will only show me the info for one particular metric, and the scrolling is awkward. Here is a screen image I found of the previous version. This is what I wish Apple Health still had, but apparently they deleted this option of selecting a date and looking at the data, and then moving up and down thru the calendar. Like, before there was a daily activity page. Now each activity is separate. Am I missing something? (Sorry these images are so big. I am just posting them as I downloaded them.)
