Orientation on external monitor.

I’m trying to have the external display orient in landscape instead of portrait. Do I need to go to the original file to make a new PDF source for what’s needed or is there another work around? Thanks.

pivoting monitor I bought. a new Samsung monitor that has a pivoting capability. After purchasing it and setting it up, a Samsung support rep informed me that I must go into the OS settings and manually change the monitor orientation to make the screen image rotate. I do not see any such setting option. Does anyone have a solution?
