My find my friends isn’t on my phone anymore. I searched it and found it but I can’t reload it

My iPhone deleted find my friends and said that it wasn’t compatible with my phone. I can’t get it back

Find my friends I have an iPhone XS and after it updated to iOS 13 it removed my Find my Friends app. It won’t let me download it either saying it requires specific features not available on my phone which I know it should work because I have the newest phone and software.

Find my Friends and Find my Phone were combined into the Find MY app.
