it stuck on the app logo when you shut it down and it wont turn on its stuck.. please help..

Press and quickly release Volume Up.

Press and quickly release Volume Down.

Hold the Side button until an Apple logo appears.

Try a forced restart, press the volume up button then the volume down button then press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
