Where did all of my purchased movies go

How to redownload movies and TV shows on a Mac

1. Open the Apple TV app. Sign in with the same Apple ID that you originally used to purchase the item. 
2. From the menu bar at the top of the window, choose Account > Purchased.
3. Find the movie or TV show that you want to redownload.
4. If you use Family Sharing, you can choose a family member's name next to Purchased to see their purchases.
5. Click the download button  for the item. Don't see the item that you purchased?

Below is a picture of what you should see when you go to your library (all your purchases). None of these purchases have been downloaded and all can be streamed. But the issue we're having is that none of our purchases are showing in the library app, and only available to watch if downloaded as seen in the last picture. Yes I am signed in on the last picture. I've escalated to engineers myself so hopefully I can comment back with more info.

hi I have the exact same problem except now my Apple Music library just disappeared during the tech support call with apple after they asked me to try logging out and logging back in. here is the support email they will get back to me as well.

Mine are there in the Library Tab with Movies selected on the side column.
