Won't let me accept terms and conditions

updated to catalina but says i need to accept terms and conditions to use. i click to do this but nothing comes up for me to accept- tried restarting and no difference

I had this problem too which was frustrating but managed to sort it. I signed out of my Apple ID on System Preferences and restarted my Mac. Once the Mac restarted I signed back in to my account on SP and it allowed me to accept the T's & C's. May not work for everyone but give it a go.

I've also checked any other accounts - which I don't think I have - I have been signed out of the app store & it won't let me sign in or recognise my username/ password!! Things are getting worse not better. Wish I'd never updated!! :(

Does anyone know how I reset my username & password?? It gives me the message about Forgot your password? but how do I know what the new password /username is?? I'm beginning to feel like I'm stuck in some loop! :(
