Hi - i often use a logitech k780 keyboard to write on my phone but now with iOS 13 the shift key basically stopped working. it cant be smth related to the keyboard, because it works perfectly fine on my laptop. please let me know how i can handle this. thank you!

It's Whatsapp's issue to resolve. It's their task to make their apps compatible with each version of iOS. Not Apple's to make their app compatible with iOS13.

True - also for me, this is a "whatsapp only" issue. (Which does not exclude that the root of the problem is outside whatsapp)
Seems resolved now...
Looks like there must be a bug somewhere between iOS 13 on some iPhones, and logitech bluetooth keyboards. I see it on 2 different logitech keyboards (one of it a K480), with two different iPhones (type XR). The Shift key does not work anymore since updating to iOS 13. The internal, and another external keyboard work flawlessly.
I did this, but still seems to be a problem. I just realized this happens only on Whatsapp... Notes, for instance, works fine. I will get in touch with the WA support. Thanks
