Iphone 11 has static noise during call

I just bought my new iPhone 11 like 1 week ago, At first it is ok, but few days ago, it is starting having this static noise during my call. It is very annoying, I cannot hear their voice. Is there anyone has the same problem like me? How can I fix it? Thank you!!!

I have had the same issue. I have had my iPone 11 for just over a month, all was good but for the past couple weeks it is making a static/crackling sound when I am on the phone. The person I am talking to does NOT hear it, but I certainly do. Sometimes it happens 5 times in a minute. I called Apple and after doing (45 minutes) all the steps I was told to do we thought it was good, but no, still doing it. Really annoying. This is my first iPhone have always been a Samsung girl. Maybe my last iPhone!

If anyone knows a fix, please share. I paid for Apple care so may just go to the Apple store.

Hi

I am facing the same issues, the voice from the other side feels like its very dull along with a static noise, I do understand what the other person is talking but my $180 back up android phone is giving 10 time better call quality. My phone is just 2 days old and I have reported this issue to apple support, they made me do some itunes restore back up etc etc.... and have asked me to observe for 24 hours, but after doing that procedure, its even more evident that the problem is there.

So after a combined dozen hours on the phone with Verizon and Apple and having tried fixing constant dropped calls and noise on the 11 which no update or new sim and second brand new iPhone couldn’t fix, we decided to reinstall iOS fresh. The first 11 and second 11 were “restored from backup” of my phone on iCloud. Apple said to hook the phone up to my computer and reapply iOS. They said not to restore from backup because sometimes the iOS gets buggy. So far I’ve not dropped any calls since doing this, but it’s only been two days.

Even if this solves my main problem (dropped calls), Apple needs to get it together. They are basically saying our iCloud backup is t good enough. They’ve not been the same company since they released Apple Maps too early. Definitely not as obsessed with perfection as they once were.

May help. They had me turn Find My iPhone off, hook the phone to a computer , and wipe it out and reinstall iOS completely. Remember to have iCloud on for photos and everything else you want back on the phone before you wipe it out (contacts, mail, etc). Then, when you set up the phone anew, just log in with your Apple ID and don’t restore from back up during the process. iCloud should repopulate everything but your apps, which you can install over time by redos losing them one by one.

So far, my 11 has performed 99% better since doing this. Still notice attic every now and then, but not as often, and the biggest improvement has been fewer dropped calls. It still happens but not 6 times on a single call. It may just happen once a day now. My 6s by comparison never gave me a single problem.
