Can’t install any app

I can’t install any app from app store especially the purchased one. I deleted Twitter two weeks ago and I’m trying to reinstall it but the app shows on my screen blurred and not downloading I tried to install any new app but the same thing is happening to me. I’m using iPhone 6s and can’t chat with Apple service as it’s not available for my phone anybody can help?

App disappeared from phone altogether My twitter app just removed itself from my phone yesterday. Like completely not downloaded anymore. I tried some troubleshooting, searched other places in my phone, did hard reset, turned off restrictions, too no avail. Tried redownloading from App Store, does nothing. Download won’t even start. App won’t download at all I am trying to download Twitter but it will not even start to download at all, I do have enough storage space and I have tried turning my phone off then on but nothing works. What else can I do?

Can’t get Twitter app on iPhone 7 I am trying to download the Twitter app on my iPhone 7 (OS 12.3.1) and the download button is greyed out so I can’t download it. Had the app loaded before and it started disappearing. Deleting the app & reloading it worked for a short while, then this issue started. i have enough available memory on my phone and a credit card on file so those are not issues re: this. Any info/assistance greatly appreciated!

If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or other Apple device - Apple Support

I already tried it and followed all the steps and it doesn’t download and freezes like that
