I upgraded to Catalina this morning and ever since a picture "helpermcp" malware thing has appeared. It will not go to trash nor will it cancel. It comes right back on screen. I even went to the suggested solutions and nothing helps. I've shut done my Mac several times. Need your help. Thank you.
