received navilbx error when I upgraded and Norton quit scanning

has anyone received the navilbx error saying it will damage your computer and it will not let Norton scan?

Uninstall Norton.

What should I do with navlibx? It's supposed to be kept or it will really damage my mac?

it happened same notification on my Mac too

every time received navilbx error
