Charging 3.6 amp
Will charging an iPad using a wall outlet with USB at 3.6 amps harm a device?
I am using an iPad as a kiosk so it will be plugged in 24/7.

The device will never draw more current that it’s max design specs allow it to. As long as it is normal USB 5V it will be fine.
