Seems a few of you already asked this but still no answers. How do we change main icloud account name in description? You can change all other account names on your iPhone or Mac but not the MAIN one which is frustrating! Apple team please help... thanks

It sounds like you're seeking assistance in changing how your name appears in iCloud. You've come to the right place for help!
You mention this name appears in "description". Are you referring to the one that appears at the top when you open the Settings app, or are you talking about the name for your iCloud account when you go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts. There is no way to make your iCloud account appear as any name other than "iCloud" in Passwords and Accounts, and other places. However, if you were wanting to change the name you use with your Apple ID, you would go to Settings > [your name] > Name, Phone Numbers, Email. Type your name as you would like it to appear, and then select Done. The name change should reflect in all places you're able to view it in. This can also be done on a Mac in System Preferences > iCloud > Account Details > General, and on the Apple ID account page here: https://appleid.apple.com.
