Appstore purchase history empty

I purchased an app called monit for MacOs back in 2017 and I want to Redownload it but when I try to download it. it wants me to pay for it again and I looked at my purchase history and it shows I've purchased no apps. Also it does not show my previous downloads. I am on MacOS catalina

My purchase history/previous downloads have now been restored. Not sure how it fixed itself but when I checked again it was there. Maybe the servers were down or It had trouble updating.

all mine have gone after a fresh install, none of mine are showing up , Final Cut Pro all not showing.
