Just received my iPhone 11 pro. Perform an upgrade and the phone does not respond to anything. You see only an apple icon and loading icon.

Sorry. I am using this platform for the first time. Ignore the reply message "Oct 8, 2019 5:47 PM in response to Randymen3" accidentally clicked on solved.
I tried all possible actions. The hard reset was successful. I pushed the volume button one(above), second(below) and third button(set off button) on hold. Afterwards linked to my iMac with iTunes program. Finally used the iPhone recovery mode.
