Apple Connect update

I have downloaded the new Catalina OS to my 2015 MacBook Pro and I get a warning error saying that it cannot be installed until I update AppleConnect 2.7 to AppleConnect 3.5. How do I find and install

AppleConnect 3.5?

I contacted Apple Support via Chat and was walked through removal of AppleConnect from my system. I am an ex-Apple employee which I why AppleConnect was on my system. I'm guessing you may be also. I'd recommend doing a chat with Support. The chat request was responded to within 2 minutes, and the issue was fixed very quickly.
