Ability to hover over date/time with option to add to calendar gone in Catalina?

Previously you could hover over a date/time, in say an email, and a little drop down arrow would appear. If you clicked on it, you could then add the event to your calendar and it would repopulate as much of the information from the email as it could into the event.

Since upgrading to Catalina, I am no longer seeing that feature.

Any ideas?!
