Does Matrox PowerDesk work on macOS Catalina?

I have a 2017 MacBook Air currently running macOS Mojave Version 10.14.6. I am running Matrox PowerDesk 1.04.06.001on a DualHead2Go Digital Edition. This appears to be the latest version and it is only 32-bit. If 32-bit support goes away with macOs Catalina, is this going to break if I upgrade to Catalina?? I would guess yes, so my upgrade is on hold waiting for a compatible Matrox PowerDesk... Any suggestions/experience? Thanks!
