iOS 13.1.2

I’ve just updated my iPhone SE to 13.1.2 and now the phone doesn’t recognise the numbers in my contacts if they start 07 say. If they are saved with the UK code +44 they are recognised. Is there a setting I’ve missed as I don’t really want to update all my contact numbers.

On further investigation I found that on my iCloud account page right at the bottom on the left hand side there was a very small USA flag, on the iPhone you’d hardly notice it. Clicking on the flag I found I could select different countries, changed this to UK and problem solved.

Im not aware of anything on the update giving the option to change or select your country origin etc but I could have missed it.

Anyone having similar problems should check this first.
