Shameful Customer Service - Catalina Issues on Internet connections

I’ve got an awful experience with the Apple on line support ; after long waiting time and 2 disconnections the guy on the phone, named Danilo, hanged up because his shift was close to the end . Never heard in my life in ANY contact center . Having said that who can help me in sorting out the internet issue I’m having after the Catalina download ? the wifi works , the laptop is connected still the internet connection doesn’t work . Thank you for your help . Apple is not serious about customer service ; too arrogant , they think they are gods (I mean their employees )
