Forgot Apple ID Password

Good night!

It was happened that I have two different accounts for iCloud and for AppleStore. I practically did not use the first one, I tried many times to delete it, but it did not work. Usually I used only AppleStore login. After update, the iPhone began to constantly request me a password from the iCloud account. I don’t remember it, I haven’t used it for a very long time. I tried to recover my password by phone number, but the instructions never came to me. Due to the lack of a password, some functions in the phone became unavailable to me. Please tell me what to do in this situation.

To reset an account's password : If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If you need iTunes Support's help (though they won't be able to help if they can't confirm your id and that it's your account) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
