i was trying to see y i can't update my mac i can't get word or anything on here i need help
What model is your computer and what operating system are you using? Click on the Apple menu and click on About this Mac. The splash screen will say something like Mac OS High Sierra and under it MacBook Air 2011 or something like that. Can’t help you without this information.
