I'm having an issue where my notes (icloud) are not syncing between iPad, iPhone and MAC. They are all running the same icloud system and most updated OS / IOS. iCloud is not down according to Apple so not sure what's going on as I've signed in/out and still they are not syncing between devices.

Should it take over 2+ minutes for items to sync between devices? I had to delete a few notes and re-add them to get this to work, but it still takes 1-3 minutes to sync (adding a single character) :(
I have uninstalled Notes, reinstalled, logged out of iCloud rebooted devices an I still have this issue. Not sure how many notes I have lost because it is an issue uploading and downloading via sync. Nonr of the devices (macOS, IOS and iPadOS) agree with count and content
I have call booked to support tomorrow (Monday). Have you had any contact with them ?. I’ve always had issues with speed and accuracy but seems to be a complete failure with Catalina, IOS13 and iPadOS for me
Since my iOS 13 I am having problem syncing my Notes with my other devices. Every time I enter a new comments in the Notes it will fail to update the new information in the Notes App, that is via Mac, iPhone and iPad.
none of these worked - I think it's an icloud problem or something with the new IOS
Reported to Apple support today - they are investigating further. They observed problem on their macOS test machine. They aware it is IOS & iPadOS as well

Still not solved for me. Support person said he had same issue on his test machine. Now he does not provide feedback or answer emails. Started again with a Support. Really poor support from Apple
