My Apple Watch battery dies fast

i have a series 3 watch and the last few days mine has been doing the same. I’ve made sure it’s updates are up to date, I’ve reset it and it’s still not lasting a full day even without a workout.

Not sure what to do now!

I purchased the series 5 and the battery is terrible. I take it off the charger around 7 and it’s dead way before 3pm.

Reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.

Same. Turned off always on screen. Brightness down and no listening set and it’s dead in 8 hours. No exercise or anything
