I want to account for iCloud

Hello Can you use icloud iPhone like Google Drive or other Android apps that can have two or three different IDs on the same phone or tablet at the same time that can be easily switched between accounts and which one to use? I have two accounts and have problems with my original and older accounts like deleting backups or phone numbers and notes ??? , And do the two accounts give us two cloud space?
