Simple to fix but you need to use a USB mouse and keyboard, any type will work.

  1. Open System Preferences - Blue Tooth
  2. Turn off Blue Tooth
  3. Unpair all the devices.
  4. Restart computer in Safe Mode per the directions in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
  5. Restart computer normally
  6. Open System Preferences - Blue Tooth
  7. Turn ON Blue Tooth
  8. Re-Pair all devices.

This will work on your Apple devices, on your Logitech devices I cannot be positive as they are third party devices.
