Iphone8 awol after latest software update

Since putting on the latest Ios version my mobile data does not work at all - any ideas - my guess it is linked to the upgrade as was working fine before

I had tried all of the above - then I travelled overseas and phone works fine so I guess the problem is with my UK carrier and will follow up on my return

I also used my previous phone which is on an older IOS version and that had no problems.
