Using iPad Pro running IOS 13. Since upgrade to IOS 13, to access my account to update Apps or access Arcade I have to switch off the iPad and restart. It then runs temporarily before crashing again the next time I try to access my account to update Apps. Any Ideas? Before upgrade to iOS 13 everything worked fine!
I have tried resetting iPad and re-entering my passwords etc etc.

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
