iPhone Search Box not working for dictionary word meaning

Before I update my iPhone 7 to the latest iOS, when I pull down my screen and type a word in the ‘search box’, the dictionary meaning of that word comes up but ever since I updated to iOS 13.. the search box no longer bring the word meaning. Pls what happened to this feature?

Certain words not showing meaning in look up When I invoke the look up feature by selecting any word in any app the dictionary meaning is supposed to show which it does for certain words but for certain words only the Wikipedia link is shown. The dictionary meaning for the same word is shown in the main search bar when I swipe down in the Home Screen. I think words which have a wiki page to it only shows the Wikipedia page when it is supposed to show the dictionary meaning also. This is happening in my iPad and my iPhone so I think it is a glitch associated with iOS 15 including 15.2 as it did not happen with iOS 14. I am attaching screenshots of all 3 cases

T-H-S-T stuck in iPhone dictionary Somehow, "thst" got added to my phone's dictionary (presumably by me mistyping the word "that" too many times". Therefore, when I accidentally type 'thst' in a sentence, it just leaves it in the sentence instead of replacing it via spellcheck with the word 'that'. Is there a way to tell my iPhone that this is NOT a word and to never put it into a sentence? I'd bet I'm not the only person on earth this has happened to so if it cannot be handled on the phone itself, maybe the programmers can include the exception into the code to not allow 'thst' as a word? Just spitballing, but any help will be appreciated.

I have iPhone SE iOS 13.1.2. It is working fine.

Please check Settings > General > Dictionary [Have you ticked any?]
