I updated to 13.1.2 and ever since, about 5 times a day, Siri says "my friend, wocky wocky" or "my friend, wacky wacky".
It's totally out of the blue. Sometimes when I'm listening to music on spotify, other times when a friend texts. Sometimes Siri says it when absolutely nothing is happening.
What?!?

Still saying it. Pretty confident it's "wacky wacky" not "wocky wocky".
Any ideas?
I had this happening today morning as well, but it never stopped, it just continued to say this every 10-15 seconds.
Had to reboot my phone to stop it. I do not think this is Siri btw (strange voice), i would guess its a 3rd party app?
