Apple Arcade games wont open on Pro Max.

Arcade games wont open on my Pro Max. A small white screen opens, then immediately closes, all arcade games have this problem. Non arcade games I’ve downloaded work fine. Ive restarted the phone, redownloaded all the games, still wont work. All the games open and work fine on all my other devices, iphones, iPads and TV, not on my new phone though. I am signed into game center and my apple account and iCloud in settings.

Anyone know what’s happening or how i can fix this?

So what is the actual maximum number of devices that can be logged in to use Apple Arcade?

I had 2 iPads, 2 Apple TVs and now my new iPhone pro can't open a game until I log out from another device.

And there is no dialogue or warning message, this is the only place I found with the answer to this issue. Though it is obviously not an accepted solution.

Well I have an iMac, two Apple TVs, an iPhone 11 and an iPad mini and have not had any issues downloading or playing on any of them. Now, I am not usually using multiple devices at the same time to play games.

I figured out the problem, I had to sign out of one of my other devices and this one ended up working. I was signed into too many devices I guess

Did you try to sign out of your Apple ID and back in? What about a forced reboot? You might try to reset all settings too (settings>general>reset>reset all settings).

thanks for the reply. I did sign out and sign back in with my apple

id. I just did the reset all settings. Arcade games still acted the same way. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still same issue.

I hate to say this but you may need to erase all settings and set up as new.

It’s crazy I just got the phone on Monday and set it up as new. Not sure doing that again will change the outcome, it didn’t work on day one either, which was 4 days ago. :(
