The steps for a Force restart iPhone are as follows:

"Press and release the volume up button.
Press and release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the button."

I can't get to settings because of the zoom. And I can't reset because when I press the sleep/on button and the volume up at the same time I reach 911. I can't really move around by swiping. Also, my computer doesn't acknowledge the phone.

Check Settings>Display & Brightness>Display Zoom>View>Choose "Standard."
