FWIW, Electronic Arts had a Monopoly game in 2011. It hasn't been updated since. They no longer offer it.
Contact the developer and see if one is available.

Since i have no idea where you got Monopoly from no I don't. If there is a "About Monopoly" screen that should tell you.

FWIW, Hasbro owns the rights to the board game since 1935. They have nothing to do with the computer game other than licensing the name to game developers such as Electronic Arts.
You'll need to find out who the developer was for it.
You can try going into the Applications Folder in Finder, find the Monopoly app, and command click or right click on the app and then click on Get Info.
Then look next to "Copyright". That should be the developer.
And we can try to find a way to contact them.
