Guid malware on iMac after Catalina installation

Has anyone else experienced the popup stating the "guid" malware is present and should be sent to the trash. This is happening almost hourly and no other software has been downloaded except for Catalina. I have not figured out how to get to the source of "guid" and any help would be appreciated.

iMac Line (2012 and Later)

Use Malwarebytes to get rid of it, you can download the free version from Malwarebytes.com.

That's great, Malwarebytes is the only safe third party malware removal tool to use on a Mac. Going forward to keep your system clean please do the following:

Never download anything from a site you do not know or trust.
Never use a torrent to download software you did not pay for
