After downloading ios13 in my iPhone why it is not getting installed immediately!!

After downloaded twice my battery has been discharged and now I am plugging it .after charging it more than 50 percent it will be installed automatically ?As I have downloaded it twice .Attached a ss.thanks in advance
I have downloaded two times but it is showing a message like iPhone will get install later tonight and when I am going back again it is showing download and install for iOS 13.1..2.it is not getting automatically installed after downloading

Don't know, are you getting any error messages? Are you connected to power? Do you have enough free space?
It should have a line saying "Install Now". If that line is grayed out it is can be that you aren't on power/don't have a 50% charge or you do not have enough free space.
It won't blacken the Install Now feature until it has at least a 50% charge.
You are on cell data, you cannot use that for updating. You need to connect to WiFi.
