I want to cancel Headspace! I thought I did last week and now I’m being billed again for it. I need help!

I canceled Headspace over a week ago and today I received a bill for it again!

what can I do? I’m not sure what phone I have. It’s an IPhone and it’s only two years old.

If it shows as cancelled, and if you cancelled it at least 24 hours prior to its renewal date, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

Going to the card issuer is not a good idea, that is likely to result in you owing iTunes money and the account therefore being permanently disabled.
