Hi I have an iPad Pro and it hasn’t updated to iOS 13

When you go to Settings->General->Software Update, did you see any iOS 13 update notification?

If yes, pls make sure you switch off any VPN networks (Go to Settings->VPN (Switch It Off) & your battery level must be at least 50% or more.
