Apple Certified Refurbished iPad Pro won't activate
Hi guys,
I've just received my iPad Pro 12,9" (2018) from Apple. It's a certified refurbished device.
I can't activate it!
Using a WiFi I get "There is a problem with your iPad. This iPad cannot be activated for service." message.
Using iTunes on my PC I get the same message and in the upper right corner iTunes shows me a lock.
I've already updated to iPadOs 13.2 and restored the iPad two times in recovery mode using iTunes.
