When I am trying to download an app it asks me to verify my billing address and then when I put in my password and push done it does it again and won’t let me download anything!
please help me!!!!

Did you try to change the payment info before you buy the app?

Sounds like you try to download something that required you to pay, and your account was unable to be charged. As such you now owe that amount and will not be able to download anything until you resolve the debt.
Since you are 11, it will be best if you talk to your parents to get the payment resolved.
It was a free app and I am 11 years old and don’t have a credit card
