I made payment using iTunes for subscription with Zoosk. Zoosk has locked my account saying no payment has been made. My bank statement has the charges processed 10/10/19

Any suggestions ?

Either contact Zook about how you can prove to them you made a payment, or decide you want a refund.

Subscription refund request:https://getsupport.apple.com > Billing & Subscriptions > Subscriptions & Purchases > Request a refund > Accidental purchases -- Select "Request a refund" but if your item is not listed then use the email option instead.
