The iPad “Stephen J Reade’s iPad” cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (-50).

I have MacBook pro (2014) with Catalina and iPad (about 5 years old) also updated to latest ios. I have also tried to fix this by "restoring" iPad. I have no idea how to fix as this error code seems not to be covered in Apple help.

Thanks for the suggestion. I had spotted that one already. I did try again but so far no luck. Still the same error message.
