Catalina OS - Keyboard issue.

Hi there folks,

I've updated to Catalina OS and two things have happened.

The function keys row (volume up, volume down etc) is not working for me, nothing happens.

I got a file named relocated items on my desktop.

Keyboard Character Typing in Catalina 10.15.6 update I updated to the latest software of macOS Catalina 10.15.6 but after that keyboard started to behave weirdly . I have a imac on the magic keyboard whenever i start typing it does something else like for example if i am pressing navigation keys its opens launchpad and whenever i type a sentence somekeys don't respond until its press 3 to 4 times but every time i press sound comes on keypress but it doesn't showup. i tried all troubleshooting methods of removing bluetooth devices, reseting bluetooth device and reset bluetooth module as well but nothing worked. i hope its a software glitch in the latest macOS if you find any other ways please help

Issue with Keyboard After Update to macOS Catalina Hi! Since I've updated to macOS Catalina (on my MacBook Pro 2018), I started to have the following problem: from time to time, my keyboard just stops working normally. The Mac just doesn't register some pressings of the buttons or, at times, it doesn't register any, so the keyboard doesn't work completely. The thing I found that helps is to close all apps. Reboot on the other help doesn't help. Also, I didn't find any particular apps that might cause this issue. So yeah, this is it. It sucks. Please let me know if you have any ideas how to fix this issue permanently.

Go into System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard. Is this option checked?

If so, that may be why the functions printed on the keys aren't working.
