iPhone 4s IOS 9.3.6 can’t download LINE application

it’s show on screen Unable to Purchase "LINE" is not compatible with this iPhone. Would you help please or any suggestions?

You can only install the latest version from the App Store which is likely incompatible with your 4s / iOS 9.3.6. If the App Store doesn't offer you to download the last compatible version, you are out of luck.

Honestly, you may just want to get a new iPhone, iPhone 4s is outdated and now 8 years old.
