Credit cards on file

What do you do when apple is asking for a new credit card to be placed on file ? It’s telling me my credit card needs to be replaced. It’s nothing wrong with my card.

Apple ID payment information - If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store


You can add a new card or contact iTunes Support to find out what the problem is with your current card. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
