iPhone 11 rear camera black screen iOS 13.1.2

Just curious if rear camera on iOS 13.1.2 still has problems. I have never had camera problems until today on my iPhone 11. Front camera is fine. Flashlight alsoworks. Rear camera will not function, and will remain a black screen with a nonworking shutter button. Switching to the front camera takes about 5-10 seconds. I’ve tried force close and restarts. Is this simply a software problem even with iOS 13.1.2?
