Hi gcs.italia,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand that you're seeing "Recent" near a blocked contact on your iPhone. I can see why you'd want to understand more about this; I'd like to help. If you're seeing the blocked contact appearing in the "Recents" menu within the Phone app it likely means that the phone number was temporarily unblocked and a call was made or received from that phone number; blocked contacts are automatically sent to voicemail and aren't logged:

"When you block a phone number or contact, they can still leave a voicemail, but you won't get a notification. Messages that are sent or received won't be delivered. Also, the contact won't get a notification that the call or message was blocked."

Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the blocked contact in the Recents lists is in the color red, then it means the contact was unblocked and the contact attempted to call you, but the call wasn't picked up. If the blocked contact shows in black or white on this list, then the call was either made to or received from the blocked contact while it was unblocked.

If you're seeing something different than what I've described, or you're seeing "Recent" near the blocked contact in another location, please let me know.

Best Regards.

Hi gcs.italia,

You're most welcome, we're glad that information was helpful to you. If you're viewing this contact in the Phone app as described above, then there should be a time, day, or date next to the number that indicates when the call was made or received. See the image below:

View and delete the call history on your iPhone

If this isn't where you're seeing the blocked contact, let me know.

Best Regards.
