Safari on iOS 13.1.2 Not Rendering Correctly

Hello,

Ever since the iOS 13 update, Safari has been plagued with issues. I’m running it on my iPhone XS.

The issue comes from loading pages. Many times I’ll go to a page, like this one on “Stollen” (a German dessert) and the page will be blank like so.

However, I can switch to reader view, and text loads.

If I scroll down, the content will flicker on screen, but when I stop scrolling, it vanishes.

Additionally, when I get pages to load, buttons and field (like additional languages or search) sometimes do not appear, but I can click them since I know where there SHOULD appear.

This isn’t only affecting Wikipedia, I just used it as an example.

Force-quitting the app will fix the issue temporarily.
