how do you rename a device in your iCloud
I want to give different names to some multiple devices I have in my iCloud how do i do that?

Rename them on the devices themselves. For iPhones and other iOS devices: Settings > General > About > Name.
For iPods other than the iPod Touch, see: Change the name of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support
For Macs: Apple menu > System Preferences > Sharing > Computer Name.
