iPhone 7 camera heating up constantly

In the pst 3 days I noticed my iPhone is getting really hot and drain it's battery pretty fast.

I Think the heat source is the camera (because of the heat location) and it happening all the time when the screen is open, no matter Im using the camera or not (and I don't).

I recently updated my iOS to the last version (13.1.2) but the problem didn't appeared instantly after the update. maybe one of my apps use the camera constantly? how can i check that?

iphone 12 pro heating when using 10x camera for 15 mins When I use the brand new iphone 12 pro in 10x camera mode for 15 mins, the phone is getting heated . The heat propagates from volume buttons to the back shield of the phone. I didnt even charge the phone nor I inserted SIM or used wifi till now. But I see that heat is considerable may be around 40degC. Anyone face this issue?
